The State College Area Jaycees receives many requests for donations. In order to honor as many requests as possible and assist with our decision making process, we ask that you fill out a questionnaire. Our decision will be based on the funds available, need, and the donation's benefit to the community. Decisions will be voted on by the Jaycees membership and decisions are final.
